Welcome to INSITY Lead Management System ("INSITY", "we", "our", or "us"). This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when authorised users access the INSITY mobile application and related lead management services.

1. Information We Collect

Depending on the features you use and the information entered into the system, INSITY may process:

• Account information: Names, work contact information, account identifiers, login credentials and user roles required to provide authorised access.
• Lead and enquiry information: Names, phone numbers, email addresses, enquiry details, notes, lead status, follow-up information and other records entered or managed by authorised users.
• App and technical information: Information needed to operate, protect and troubleshoot the service, such as app version, device or operating-system details and diagnostic information, where available.
• Files and documents: Information in documents or files you choose to select or submit through features that support attachments, if such features are used.

2. How We Use Information

• Provide user authentication and role-based access to the lead management system.
• Create, manage, update and organise leads, enquiries, follow-ups and related CRM records.
• Enable authorised collaboration and operational reporting within the organisation.
• Maintain service functionality, security, troubleshooting and support.
• Meet applicable legal obligations and respond to legitimate requests.

3. Access and User Choices

Access to INSITY is intended for authorised users. Information entered in the CRM should be limited to what is necessary for the user's work and handled according to the organisation's policies and applicable law.

Where a feature allows you to select a document or file, that selection is initiated by you. You can manage any app permissions shown by Android through your device settings. Availability of individual features may depend on your role and configuration.

4. Storage and Security

We use organisational and technical safeguards intended to protect data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration and loss. Access is restricted according to authorised roles. No method of electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

5. Data Sharing

INSITY does not sell personal information. Information may be accessible to authorised staff or shared with service providers supporting the application and its infrastructure, subject to appropriate controls. We may also disclose information where required by applicable law or a valid legal process.

6. Data Retention

Account and CRM information is retained for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, subject to organisational requirements and applicable legal obligations. Data may be deleted or de-identified when no longer required, subject to applicable retention rules.

7. Your Rights and Requests

Users may request access, correction or deletion of their personal information, where permitted by applicable law and organisational obligations. Authorised users may be able to update certain CRM records according to their assigned permissions. To make a privacy request, contact the address below. 8. Children's Privacy

INSITY is intended as an authorised organisational CRM tool and is not designed for use by children. If you believe personal information has been collected inappropriately, contact us.
