Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of the INSITY Lead Management System ("INSITY" or the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to follow these Terms and your organisation's applicable policies.

1. Authorised Access and Accounts

• INSITY is intended for users who have been granted access by their organisation or an authorised administrator.
• You must provide accurate account details and protect your login credentials. Do not share accounts or attempt to use another person's credentials.
• Access to data and functions may depend on the roles and permissions assigned to you.

2. Permitted Use and Lead Information

• Use INSITY only for legitimate, authorised lead management, enquiry handling, follow-ups and other CRM activities.
• Enter and process personal information only when you are permitted to do so and in accordance with applicable privacy and data protection requirements.
• Keep information reasonably accurate and avoid entering irrelevant or unnecessary sensitive information.
• Do not attempt unauthorised access, interfere with the Service, distribute malicious content or misuse information obtained through INSITY.

3. Mobile App Functionality

The Android app provides access to INSITY lead management features based on the user’s assigned role and the organisation’s configuration. Available features may change over time.

4. Ownership and Intellectual Property

INSITY's software, design, branding and other proprietary components remain the property of their respective owners and licensors. Users receive limited, revocable, non-transferable permission to use the Service for authorised purposes. Information entered into the CRM remains subject to the rights of the relevant data owners and the organisation's policies.

5. Confidentiality and Security

You must keep non-public lead, enquiry, account and organisational information confidential and take reasonable steps to prevent unauthorised disclosure. Report suspected account compromise or inappropriate access promptly to your administrator.

6. Availability and Changes

We may perform maintenance, improve features, change access controls or suspend parts of the Service where reasonably necessary for operations, security or compliance. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

7. Suspension and Termination

Access may be restricted, suspended or terminated following an administrator's direction, the end of your authorised role, misuse of the Service or a legal or security requirement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, INSITY and its operators are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use or unavailability of the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

9. Applicable Law

These Terms are subject to applicable laws and any binding agreements governing the organisation's use of INSITY. Any dispute-resolution arrangement will be determined by the relevant agreement and applicable law.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Service, organisational requirements or applicable laws. Updated Terms will be made available on this page with a revised date.
